Who are we?

The journal of social criticism «Commons» is a left-wing Ukrainian publication on economics, politics, history and culture, founded in 2009.

Attention to the structural causes of social problems and a materialistic perspective are what distinguish us among Ukrainian media.

The editorial team shares egalitarian and anti-capitalist views. Therefore, in our publications we discuss how to change society so that there is no place for exploitation, inequality and discrimination.
